CHOCOLATE CLASSES
Working with Chocolate Paste
With Tracey Mann
Come and spend the day working with Tracey’s Cakes Chocolate Paste, She will show you the difference between the milk, white and dark chocolate paste, cover a cake, make chocolate roses, fans and leaves and explore a range of cake decorating equipment that can be used with chocolate, such as moulds, bead makers etc.
We finish with a short chocolate transfer sheet demonstration
Classes are limited to 10 students
