We try to post orders within 2 days unless we are expecting a delivery of an out of stock item. If orders are required by a certain date please inform us when ordering. Orders over £100 are post and packing free. (UK only and applies to only 1 parcel per delivery, not in conjunction with any other discounts given.)
A handling charge of 95p is added to all orders.
Overseas orders (except Channel Islands and Eire) have a handling charge of £2.
We invoice for postage at cost.
Under 1½ kilo - posted at 1st class rate unless requested otherwise. (UK only).
Parcels over 1½ kilo are sent by Parcel Force 48hr delivery service (2 working days excluding weekend - UK only) This charge at the moment is £6.10 up to 30kilo (mainland UK only not including Highlands of Scotland).
Because we don't know the cost of delivery until we weigh your order we cannot display the delivery cost when you place your order. If you want to know costs before posting please ask us in the comments box on the checkout page. If you have any questions please contact us.
For an additional charge orders can be sent 24hour if ordered by 12 noon, this does not include weekend delivery. (UK only)
We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage of parcels once they leave our premises. Orders are sent by Royal Mail or Parcel Force - we cannot be held responsible for delays in the postal system.
V.A.T at 17.5% included in the price of goods where applicable but is shown as an additional charge on postage and handling. VAT (where applied) is deducted from orders delivered to the Channel Islands and Countries outside Europe.
We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice.
Goods will only be exchanged if received back undamaged within 14 days. Pack well please. An administration charge of 10% will be made. We cannot exchange food items (including food colourings), ribbon once cut or videos.
